The troubled economy has made an increasing percentage of the population eligible for state subsidized phone service through Universal Lifeline Telephone Service programs. When these state mandated ULTS programs opened the option of mobile service Qualution unlocked an opportunity for its MVNO clients. Mashing up its infrastructure platform with supporting ULTS partnerships allowed our clients to easily offer qualified consumers free monthly service up to a preset number of minutes with retail reimbursements coming from state ULTS funds. ARPU is modest but margins are impressive. For consumers in financial need there's nothing better than free, making sales extraordinarily easy. Our clients have added over a hundred thousand additional subscribers due to this program.
